“Great service. Very polite. Couldn’t find it cheaper elsewhere (certainly not available for instant delivery) and free delivery. Delivery costs hidden until checkout with two major online appliance websites.”

“Unable to comment as the hob we ordered arrived damaged, and we are waiting on a replacement. Company were however good at organising a replacement which we hope arrives safely!”

“Delighted with my purchase , pleasure to deal with ladies in the office , delivery issue - received text from company to say it would be delivered on the Friday after 12 , later in the evening called Donaghy & they got in contact with the delivery man , my cooker was delivered before 12 on the Monday . This issue could be easily solved if a mobile number was put on the text , it would save customers waiting around for a driver . My only negative about my purchase .”

“Good service, Great price. Delivery men however came 15 minutes before earliest scheduled time, and if it wasn't for the nice 'switchboard lady ringing me we wouldn't have had delivery on the day as they drove off.”

“The website was easy to navigate. I really appreciated the e-Mail acknowledgment of my order and the one of thanks from the CEO. The delivery was a lot sooner than I thought it would be. That was great. My new machine arrived in good order, on the day and the delivery guys went the extra mile to get the thing into the house. It wasn’t easy.”
