“I needed a very specific size of fridge to fit into a limited space and Donaghy Bros were able to supply. Was able to order and pay online and the goods were dispatched straight away. There was a bit of a delay with the delivery but Donaghy Bros phoned me to explained matters. The delay was short lived and the good arrived just hours after they were first expected. Great product, great systems, timely delivery, great communication. Very happy to recommend and look forward to doing business with Donaghy Bros again soon. Thank you.”

“Just Brilliant, is all I can say about Donaghy Bros, from the price to the availability and not overlooking the service staff and delivery company used. Will definitely use them again and can not recommend them enough, just a pleasure to deal with , I wish all companies operated like this....”

“We bought a Dyson from this company. They gave good pre-purchase advice. Ordering was simple and delivery very prompt. Don't worry that they are in Northern Ireland, the geography makes no difference and the service is as good as if they were in England”

“What can I say? There is no customer service to talk about when delivery is to the kerb. I’m a woman in her 60s with a husband in his 70s and this was a BIG Fridge Freezer. So, I ordered & paid for the fridge, you had it delivered to the kerb, end of story. No customer service worth talking about really.”

Hello Mrs Whelan, we are sorry to learn that you were disappointed in the delivery service. We currently offer kerbside delivery to the South of Ireland - which means to the nearest point of access. If the driver can access your drive way then it will be delivered as close to the property as they can get. We realise that this may not be suitable for everyone so we always ensure that the customer is aware in advance of the delivery arrangements so that they can arrange assistance or even cancel the order if the delivery method is unsuitable.
