“Product was excellent. However delivery service very poor. No communication that parcel had been dispatched or when delivery was going to take place. Delivery driver very nearly left v expensive item on doorstep.”

“11/10! I called about the vacuum cleaner I was thinking of purchasing. The nice Irish man I spoke to was knowledgeable but needed to find the answer to one of my questions. He checked and actually called me back (!). I was delighted then to place the order. It arrived very quickly. 100% delighted.”
