“Very good service / delivery (perhaps more than the 3 to 5 days stated but I didn't mind). Advance call from courier company to check we'd be home and then on the day itself from the driver again.”

“I was very happy with the excellent service and delivery of my new tumble dryer. Website is great and is easy to use! Rescheduled the delivery immediately due to me not being in on the first attempt. Phoned only to confirm I would be in the next day which was no problem.”

“Amazing service! We bought our pram and by mistake ordered the wrong version, Richard from the sales team was amazing, responded all my emails very quickly and upgraded my pram without additional cost, beating all the prices with other retailers. We received our pram earlier than expected and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much! I have recommended this company to my friends.”

“Good price. However, the delivery company used decided to abandon the package, (worth hundreds of pounds and a Christmas gift for my fiance), on our doorstep while we were out. This created two problems. 1. the package is clearly marked as a Kitchenaid, and so anyone passing by could easily identify the value and take it. And more importantly 2. When we arrived home my fiance saw the package, and now knows what shes getting for Christmas. Not very happy.”
