“I payed a extra £20 for a extra delivery man because there was a flight of stairs to carry the product up. When the product arrived there was only one delivery man what happened to the extra £20???”

Hello Irene, The additional fee is a payment for the couriers to carry your item to a room of your choice/up a flight of stair etc as opposed to kerbside/entry point delivery. This is normally done with two delivery people although on this occasion it appears that one managed to carry out the task in hand solo. “I first wrote and asked if they had what I wanted in stock, and the reply came back quickly that they had. I ordered the freezer. I was given clear delivery instructions and was able to choose a day that suited me. It even arrived early on the day and the delivery people phoned me although somehow I missed the call. Everything is working fine as I would expect with Bosch. So, al in all, excellent!”

“Great. Would definitely buy from again. Emailed quickly with information about delivery and as it was a local delivery I emailed back just to choose a more convenient day. My only comment would be to include any info about extended warranty etc. in the initial order email, just to confirm a buyer will receive info on it later. I wasn't sure how my extended warranty worked but after a few days I did get emails for it.”
