“Best customer service ever. Richard kindly videoed the product I was buying blind so that I was assured it was correct for my needs.phone & Email Contact was instant. Very supportive. Very informative. Be reassured that this company is one of the best. Following purchase lots of emails to inform me of the process when buying from Northern Ireland to England. Speedy delivery. Prices were very competitive & in a time of great difficulties due to Brexit & Covid. Stocks were available. I would highly recommend Donaghy Bros. Thank you Richard for all your help.”

“Excellent service! They were the only place I could find a dishwasher and American fridge in stock at this moment! Ordered on Friday morning and delivered Saturday with two helpful delivery men! Got a lovely personal email thanking me for my purchase too the following week which I thought a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend and definitely use them again!”

“Ordered a Miele C2 red hoover. It's price was cheaper than anywhere else, and there was availability, which wasn't the case with many other supplies, unless you wanted to pay almost double. I must admit I was a bit hesitant to order, as I had never heard of the company and with it being based in NI I was just a bit concerned about delivery to England. Also the reviews all seemed to be either 5 or 1 with nothing in between. I needn't have worried this company definitely deserves a 5. I ordered at 3.30pm on a Friday, and it was delivered the following Wednesday at 12.30pm. All in perfect condition. Thank you Donaghy Bros.”
