“I travelled 20 miles to take delivery of this item but it failed to arrive because the courier lost my delivery. Whilst Donaughey brothers weren’t directly responsible for this they said they would look at some kind of compensation which has yet to be forthcoming which is disappointing”

“Was not able to place my order over phone but Online was straightforward enough. All ok, only hiccup was the delivery company who's link wouldn't work to set a delivery date. On contacting them they said their was an error and would call back. They didn't but after 48 hours i got a message with a delivery date. Was ok as i wasn't in a major rush to have it but if i was it was a long delivery process.”

“Brilliant speedy service. I ordered a dishwasher, the best price available for the Bosch dishwasher of choice but the next day I discovered one was included in the kitchen of my new-build so I needed to cancel my order. The person I spoke to on the phone was completely understanding and organised a refund ASAP. The women I contacted at the online department were excellent and even wished me a happy house move. Consequently I shall be ordering online from Donaghy Bros in the future.”
