“The service is very good and the prices are also very good the only problem we had with our last purchase was the Delivery company said they had not received it from you but after contacting you the Dyson arrived the next day thank you Brian Sadler.”

“I have.purchased a hoover on 26/12 from their websites where delivery information was 3-5 working days. Two weeks later I still have not received my item despite reaching out to the seller. I have been informed ot should be delivered 5 days ago. I have Not received any update on delivery and I am very disappointed with that service. Would not recommend this seller as it is unreliable.”

“Bought a Dyson V10 Animal for a competitive price. Delivery was delayed due to recent events but tracking was available and it eventually arrived in good order. We really liked the product and the great value, so very pleased with the order. Thank you Donaghy Bros!”

“Easy to order items online. There was an issue with the tracking with DPD as it was Christmas. However Donaghy Bros responded quickly to my emails. Item was well packaged. The delivery did take longer as the item was ordered on Christmas Day.”

“I ordered a Which? Recommended Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner at a comparatively attractive price. It was acknowledged and despatched promptly. Eventually it arrived safely - but too late for Christmas ! It was a delivery problem, presumably exacerbated by Covid19 and the Season. However the Donaghy customer relation attention was exemplary. The product seems excellent, so far, but early days to be sure.”

“I'd struggled to find the particular dishwasher I wanted, and been let down by a company who still haven't refunded me. Then I went to Donaghy Bros and got the appliance, delivered in England, within 48 hours. Also thanks to James Mulholland who contacted me to check I knew the washer is higher than standard. Excellent service.”
