“Recommend these guys, just a little more expensive than Curry’s but no problem with delivery (that Curry’s couldn’t do) in just over a week. Delivery guys were excellent, it was early and my daughter was recovering after an operation in the room next to the delivery door, 2 top blokes nice and quiet 👍”

Hello Tomasz We are sorry for the delay in your order being delivered to you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control as detailed in our emails to you on the 28th September and 1st October 2021. The item has left our warehouse and is with our courier Arrow XL. They like all couriers are facing various struggles in terms of driver shortages and disruptions to the fuel supply. As a result there is a slight back log with their deliveries. “I ordered a stove and was well informed of delivery schedule. Unfortunately on the day of delivery I received a call saying the courier would not deliver due to damaged goods. I was immediately offered a full refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement and am awaiting delivery.”

“Excellent Service. Discussed product availability via email as shop is some distance away, was informed delivery van would be in my area 2 days later, got order placed and delivery made as promised. Many other retailers were quoting weeks for supply and delivery.”
