“Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful, ordering online was easy and delivery was very quick. The local carrier they used was also very polite and helpful and got the cooker as close to door as he could. Very pleased with the service and the price was very competitive.”

“Very good customer service. I emailed the company to confirm that the item I wished to purchase was actually in stock and received a response within 4 minutes. I placed my order after 5pm on a Friday and my order arrived to mainland UK by the Wednesday morning! Very impressed with the delivery and customer care. I would definitely recommend Donaghy Bros and will definitely use again. Thank you!”

“Not sure why the reviews are so good. Maybe okay if nothing goes wrong but we were sold a faulty machine and they won’t replace or exchange just keep sending an engineer out, leaving us without a washing machine for weeks at a time. Worried when it get to a year of owning it they will turn around and just say it’s not there problem now.”

We're sorry to hear that you have had difficulties with your product, as per manufacturer guidelines this falls under a repair warranty and we can only replace/refund the washer/dryer if an engineer confirms it is irreparable. “Arrived on time, well packaged. It was easy to assemble and was up and being used within an hour. Just what i wanted. Great to sit on and great as a double bed, very easy to swap from sofa to bed within seconds and then back again. Would highly recommend this company.”
