“Excellent service all round. The order process was nice and easy and email communication with order confirmation and delivery updates were plentiful and clear. The freezer was delivered to Hampshire (from Northern Ireland) at the exact time and day it was due. Very good all round and I would recommend Donaghy Bros.”

“I am so pleased to have found Donaghy Bros - what fantastic service - the tumble dryer I wanted - at a good price - delivered to me in the Isle of Wight from Northern Ireland in just over 1 week- quicker than quoted. Mainland UK companies I contacted, first, were unable to deliver to the Isle of Wight!!! Thank you so much Donaghy Bros I highly recommend you for your fantastic service and will look at your website first in future.”

“The price was awesome and the online experience was awesome. We had read some reviews previously where customers had complained about delivery. But we figured that we didn't need our purchase urgently. We were prepared to wait a couple of weeks, however, much to our surprise it only took 4 days. So glad I did a bit of searching and found this company. It's worth the delivery wait for the price you pay.”

“Purchased a cooker hood online. Received an email to say the item was going to be delivered to the couriers in a couple of days and once they’ve received it, I’d be given a delivery date. I was told to expect delays due to the current issues with HGV drivers. I then received another email a week later to say that the item wasn’t actually in stock (some sort of error with their stock taking!). I wouldn’t have minded if I had been notified on the day it was supposed to have been shipped to the couriers. It would have given me a little more time to source the hood ready for the kitchen fitters. Instead, I managed to find the hood but it came a day too late and as yet, hasn’t been fitted. Really disappointed with the service. If you can’t fulfill an order, please notify your customers immediately. The only reason why I’ve given two stars is because you issued a refund without any lengthy delays.”

Unfortunately when your item was being prepared for dispatch we noticed a stock discrepancy online and we had mistakenly oversold on this hood. It was an error at our end and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. I know that our team advised that we had more on order and that there were alternatives in stock but appreciate that at this point you preferred to get a refund, which as you noted we processed straight away.
