“I recently bought a new Sony OLED television from Donaghy Bros and it was delivered very promptly to our home. The company contacted me very quickly to ask how satisfied I was and to contact them in the first instance should there be a problem. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing issue with this particular panel and I had to make contact. The after sales service and support was exceptional and we received a brand new replacement panel delivered within 24 hours of contacting them about the issue. No stress for the customer; just help and support in making things right. The delivery guys were also very helpful and friendly. The television is outstanding. My family loves it. The quality of the service this company provides is superb and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Fabulous service and support: you will not get service anywhere near as good from any of the larger UK companies. Super buying experience.”

“Perfect fridge, great customer service. not a bad price, and they ship directly from the warehouse, unlike other big retailers which order in. so very fast for big appliances. really good communication regarding delivery time too. Only downside is the 'kerb side' delivery. Was a stretch even to get the delivery guy to drop it at the front door. delivery guy refused to take away the timber pallet also. finally, company is not WEEE compliant and will not recycle electronics as per Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations SI 149 of 2014. Pretty sure they're suppose to, but they were adamant they wouldn't. Perfect other than this.”

“Purchased a luxair hood. Screws missing that are used to install hood not in the bag in the box after delivery, a bit disappointing, however hood working perfect, but chimney part not completely secured, guess we will have to wait till new year. Can we get the missing screws etc..?”

“Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. Very pleasant and friendly helpful staff. Delivered double oven from Ireland to North Wales with free delivery just in time for Christmas. “I phoned to order my Dyson at 5.15 pm and had a friendly helpful conversation with this company. Very efficient and cleaner arrived as promised within the allotted time. Outstanding considering it had travelled from Derry to Cornwall. Would use them again for other appliances.”
