My product was unfortunately faulty when I received it, which is just one of those things. I contacted you via email to organise collection and return and request a refund. You replied to my emails quickly, professionally and politely. From collection on Monday I was notified my refund had been complete on the Friday. Exemplary customer service. Special mention for Laura from customer service and Heather from returns.

Slow to respond to my problem and unhelpful. Pure Cool fan costing £460 is not fit for purpose and company is not flexible regarding return. Even Dyson allows returns, especially as I thought the fan was malfunctioning, And so contacted Dyson first which wasted time. Would never buy from Donaghy again.
