Too difficult to get a hold of. Communication is horrible. They don't discuss charges unless you ask & I have been misinformed. I'm not sure what I'm being charged for. Is it the monthly bill, diff than what I was told, or is it because I had another consult? IDK Ugh. How bothersome to have chemicals in your brain messed with like a gamble. It's difficult to believe this is legal. When you do finally get ahold of them they'll dismiss portions of what you voice concern with to require you to set up another appointment & I guess pay again... They definitely charged me more than I was told. They're so unclear about everything, no mention of potential side-effect or cost. Can you believe they put me on meds with a potential side effect of having seizure & didn't even mention it. I didn't like the way I felt & it took way too much to have that addressed. The reason I got in touch with them is for ADHD. ADHD is still a problem. She put my on bipolar meds(!)... I'm not bipolar... WTH The 2nd star is because I deal with C-PTSD & though that's not why I got in touch it did help. Def something to be grateful about, def appreciated. But now, I don't have a prescription refill from something I should taper off, my OBGYN sister informed me of this. She puts her patients dealing with postpartum depression on it. I can't get a refill unless I set up an appointment. Like they charged me different then it was promised & I have absolutely no written acknowledgement of what was agreed upon. Like to have proof in case you need to go to court, or even just verify that you didn't misunderstand. That's crazy. Customer service is kind but not useful... like at all... multiple times...

A member of their staff was being hostile, rude, and ignorant (Alaba Kehinde). They were treating me for ADHD and wouldn’t let me explain myself before they refused to give me my prescribed medication and interrogated me. They should not be interacting with patients or have a medical license. Alaba should be fired, he is incompetent and beyond rude. He wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and refused to believe anything I said even though I had evidence as to what I was saying. It was a demeaning and horrible experience. I’ve been taking my medication for years and this is the only provider I’ve ever had an issue with and I’m now experiencing terrible withdrawal symptoms after not being allowed to receive my medication. His actions should be illegal.

the provider canceled the appointment and Done doesn't want to refund me so I have paid for nothing like i just gave them money and I got no help.

I signed up for a visit and had no idea that would entail a $79 fee being taken from my account each month. I never agreed to or authorized it. After the first visit, I never called again because it didn’t help me at all. Then I noticed several months later that they have been charging me a monthly fee. Over $300 for no services at all. Beware.

Horrible experience with doctors that NEVER RESPOND! This place is total garbage. They are just trying to take your money and don’t care about their patients. This love needs to be shut down!

My nurse can't remember what she prescribed me and my treatment plan isn't accurate to what we discussed. Never got anywhere with my ADHD. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Scam. I have an adhd diagnosis from a neuropsychologist and wanted to explore medication options via Telehealth. Medication prescribed cost $367/ month AFTER insurance. So I found a pharmacy with the generic version which was under $100. I've been trying for a week to get them to transfer my prescription and they keep sending me a message saying are you sure you want your prescription transferred? Yes that's what I'm asking. Wasted $200 on a 25 min appt to not recieve care

Once I received my medical records I was happy with the outcome However It did take a long time. I wish I could have spoke to the doctor that diagnosed me I stead of a representative

This company is horrible. From the beginning it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone and get any help or get questions answered. For my initial appointment (for which the company charged me 3 times) the provider didn’t even bother to show up. It was extremely difficult to reschedule and the nurse practitioner I was finally scheduled with had no idea what they were doing and seemed to know almost nothing about ADHD. He ended the appointment early after admitting he didn’t know enough to provide a diagnosis or help of any kind. I had already been diagnosed with ADD years ago (which I told the provider) and I worked for 5 years at a clinic specializing in the treatment of ADHD. I didn’t need a diagnosis but was hoping for easier access to care since I live in a remote area with few options. The company wanted to continue charging me while they asked me to wait over a month and a half for an appointment for a second opinion but their website shows tons of available appointments for new clients. So they appear to be offering appointments just to get the initial fee with no follow-up care. This company is irresponsible. They have no idea what they’re doing and should not be providing medical treatment to anyone.

Done as a service works great on auto-pilot, so to speak, but when it comes to actual consultations and requests, customer support and more personalized patient services this provider is awful. I've been trying to reach out to my provider for the last few weeks to get prior authorization for medication refills since I will be traveling out of the country for the next few months. My provider only submitted a prescription refill request and hasn't verbally authorized my refills with the pharmacy. The pharmacy and I have tried reaching out to the provider to get this approved, but there's been silence and no follow up correspondence from my provider whatsoever. I also tried contacting Done through their emergency line and have never once been connected to an actual representative or individual from the provider. To say I'm disappointed with this service is an understatement and I will look for alternatives upon returning from my travels.

I have had nothing but a great experience. I’ve been diagnosed with adhd since 2009 and it’s so much easier to have virtual appts because I have two kids under 2 and it’s hard for me to find a babysitter. If I ever have an issue the customer service team responds almost immediately and takes care of the issue. If you Can afford $79 a month it is worth every penny. My adhd has never been managed better!

There's been a lot of improvement at Done over the past few months. They've gotten much better about their consistency with calling in prescriptions in time for refill, and my assigned health practitioner has been much more responsive and proactive.

Been with them for almost a year. They were great until this month. So far I have been waiting 10 days for my prescription to be renewed. I have messaged in twice and gotten the exact same canned response both times. So I guess I need to find another doctor since I can’t get anybody to respond. And I will be asking for this months payment to be returned to me in canceling before I make another payment in June. Once June 1 comes around which is in a week they’ll charge me again for no service. Don’t know what happened to then this month but they have really dropped the ball on a lot of patients
