“Compassionate and timely care. I have problems making and keeping appointments from having ADHD. My providers have been awesome. They've only been a message away when needed or when pharmacy issues arise. This has been a game changer in my life with consistent treatment. My quality of life has improved drastically”

“So far I haven’t had a horrible experience it is easy to get refills and was easy to get diagnosed. One downfall is sometimes it takes a while to hear back from the doctor but this is a good service for me as it works well with my life.”

“Done, has been such a crucial part of helping me maintain a normal day to day routine and life with my treatment plan. My physician is amazing she’s been super helpful and supportive in making sure my treatment plan works for me! As well as making sure she is available for any questions or concerns I may have! The portal is also super easy to navigate and the support team is always on top of getting back to you if you need anything. 10/10”

“I've had a mostly positive experience with Done. At times however it can be hard to get a hold of customer service when I need assistance. However, I always eventually end up getting help even if it takes a little longer then I would have liked. T”

“Have been receiving consistent, effective, amazing care from my provider and the Done staff for nearly three years now. I do not know where I would be right now if I hadn’t given Done a shot at managing my unmanaged ADD that was progressively wreaking havoc in all areas of my life. “My experience with Done has been exceedingly positive. Getting treatment for ADHD can be so difficult, time consuming and expensive, but Done really makes it a painless process. You can really tell this service was built with ADHD patients in mind. My provider, Jessica, has been so kind, helpful and responsive. I’ve been using Done for about 3 years now. Receiving treatment for my chronic ADHD has changed my life, I really cannot recommend this service enough!”

“Done has provided exemplary mental health care for me for the last 3 years. I live in a rural area where psychiatric care is challenging to find and maintain. Done has regularly made themselves available for not just routine appointments, but also troubleshooting. “I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for almost a week now and support keeps giving me the run around. They keep trying to charge my card when I paused my membership already and now the won’t cancel it at all. I had a terrible rude provider and would never recommend or use this online service again. Crappy service.”

“Their platform makes it super easy to download a super bill if you need it for insurance purposes. I highly recommend Done because their customer service is superb and they make it easy to talk to a provider on their platform. Their service has helped me immensely while living in a small town which kept me out of reach of many providers. Online appointments takes the hassle out of making it to in person appointments.”

“Initially things were smooth, then when there was a provider change it was difficult, as well as a national shortage with the medication. This was corrected as much as it could be by done, by resetting my payment date accordingly. Since having Dr. Soto for some time now, I have had no issues and my refills have been extremely prompt. Right now, I have to give DONE a 5 star review for the way they have handled the past year.”
