“There are some imperfections like being switched from one provider to another or not being able to choose the time for a consultation sometimes. But overall it's an amazing service, the providers actually listen to your concerns and try to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.”

“Have been using the service for 3+ years. Very easy to get an appointment scheduled, never any issues getting my prescriptions filled, and the team is fast at answering questions. Pricing is reasonable, and have never had issues with customer service. Highly recommended!”

“I’m thankful for DONE. I am from Washington State where I never had a problem having my primary doctor write my prescription. When I moved to Florida a couple of years ago, I couldn’t find any doctor to write my prescription. That’s when I did some research and found DONE online. The process was easy to setup an account and get my prescriptions.”

“When my provider had no availability for the month, Done worked hard to find me a new provider to accommodate my schedule in a timely manner. If I ever have any issues I schedule a call with support and have it resolved within 2-3 biz days.”

“I highly recommend. They've made sure for last three years that I would get full continuity of care and support with pharmacies, clinicians, paperwork, insurance etc. They are extremely responsive and uniquely suited to assist with the very specific struggles of receiving proper care for ADHD. “Really great service since I became a patient. Always had an inkling that something could be done to help and I discovered Done at the right time in my life. Easy and discret. The only slight annoyance in my experience is a tad more transparency and the occasional switch of providers, which is reasonable. Overall great service and I have recommended to friends and family.”
