“Every step working with Done provider and care team has been simple and friendly. Treatment for adhd is life changing but not always straightforward process, and when every thing shut down Done streamlined the process from doctor consultation to finding a pharmacy and getting refills. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Done is a wonderful service! They are incredibly responsive and timely with communication and they are very sensitive to the needs of treating ADHD. The providers are amazing and truly care about working to find the best treatment. The customer service team is also incredible- they are always there to help with any administrative or logistical problems and create a smooth and pleasant patient experience. I’m so glad I picked this service!”

“As I sit here writing this review thinking of how many times I’ve struggled just to sit down and focus. Done as a company altogether is incredible. The staff at Done have been extremely helpful and I am relieved to have a psychiatrist that listens and is kind hearted. Shannon is fantastic! Thank you for this life changing experience.”

“Even though I have insurance, it's still so challenging to get access to certain health services. Having ADHD often means that the more barriers there are to receiving a service, the less successful I'll be. The experience at Done shows that they really understand their patients and do their best to remove those barriers - it's easy to contact both my provider and the customer service team, and the ease eliminates any excuses I might have for not taking my medication. I'm really happy that I found Done and it was through a review like this one, so I'm passing on the favor!”

“I have been dx with ADHD for several years- but my provider stopped taking insurance and one office visit was at least $300! Medication shortages make it difficult to get refills in a timely manner. Enter Done... convenient, affordable, visit with a compassionate, competent provider and make one trip to the pharmacy to pick up your medication. Cannot say enough great things -- saves me so much time and money which is essential, especially during a pandemic! Thanks Done!”

“Done has changed my life! I wished I had gotten diagnosed sooner. My nurse practitioner thoroughly listened to me and my struggles and provided great support and feedback. “Excellent place which helped my life. I had mental health problems and not only did they treat it but also CURED it. It is very convenient too because you could just talk to them over phone and have the prescription sent to your pharmacy electronically. They are really good and their doctors are very good and anybody who has a mental health problem or thinks they do should check them out so they can get healthy and live a better and happier life.”

“Been using Done for a few months now. The convenience of online appointments really appealed to me. The doctors I've met have all been very kind and helpful. Any time an issue pops up, the support team resolves in good time and clear communication. The pricing is better than my last online doctor also. Overall, a great organization that's been helping me to become the person I want to be.”

“Can’t say enough great things about Done., their practioners or support staff. At first appointment my NP listened, asked thoughtful questions and provided thorough information about ADHD and medication options. Getting diagnosed and starting treatment at 35 can seem daunting, but done makes it more manageable! My original prescription was denied by my insurance and thanking the done team worked with my insurance on the prior authorization to figure out why. Long story short it’s now covered thanks to their extra attention .”
