I bought five packs of klink extensions and my order has been cancelled. I have not been refunded. I bought them off after pay. I have had no mail from the company or the mailing company saying I will get my money back and the rest of the payments will stop. I’m only 16 years old. I cannot afford this and no one is helping me

I’ve used Donna Bella extension for over 8 years! This is the first time I’ve ever ordered the kera link extensions that have taken 2+ weeks to arrive, with paid express shipping. Not to mention at meat 30% less hair per package!!

Absolutely horrible hair! Didn’t even last longer than a week on my head. Had to cut Over 4 inches off when I first got them because they were so fried! Will never order again waste of my money

I been getting hair with yall for a while now and this last time it’s the worst of the worst. I still never got my last order. Of over 560 something dollars I hair and other things. When I made the 2 orders one came to the right house and some who the big package went to one of my old addresses. I have no understanding at all about any of it and I’ve tried several times to get it fixed and nothing happened so you tell me should I call my friend and tell them how good you have been to my. Please if you would like to talk about it my number is 5042106189. I will not be getting any more hair until this is fixed.

So thin impossible to sew in, will not be using again. Also couldn’t return. I recieved an reply that they would be reaching out. Never happened. This was a month ago.
