Tape on extensions do not seem to stay like my Previous sets. Sucks when I spend so much on them!

I’m a repeat customer, the last pack of hair I purchased shed so bad I had to wind up taking it out. But I thought it may have been a fluke as I have ordered before and love the hair. This time, The hair didn’t come in on time. I still don’t gafr it and have already had my hair appt at the salon. Disappointed in my last two experiences.

To be honest, this is the 4th time I've bought hair, I've always bought blonde or ombré. This time I bought dark brown, but I found this hair uneven and the ends are dry. I don't understand how a bleached extension can have better quality.

Long strands with waves were way more than needed. 22" long. It was a waist of hair and money

I’ve ordered hair from Donna Bella for years. I’m a professional hairstylist. I’ve seen the quality go down quite a bit. The bundles of hair have gotten smaller. They used to be 20g now they’re 17g for the 18 inch. The Silicone beads do not hold their color and wear off and turn to silver metal. My clients have started complaining that their hair does not feel as full and about the beads unfortunately have switched to another company. They have also raised their prices a lot! Very disappointed.

I rated my experience low due to the fact that I was VERY disappointed that you no longer carry the flat tip extentions ! I previously had called a reprecentative reguarding them and she was not very friendly or knowlegable and would not offer a discount when I had to order the I Link insteed. I wish your company would have let your customers know ahead of time ! I did purchase a bundle of the I link ....and I do wish you would carry the flat tips again!!!!! Very disappointed! I did not even get my email answered so I made a call.

Unfortunately I haven’t received my package so I can’t say how the hair is. FedEx has been withholding it with no updates. I had to reorder hair to get it in time for my client :( disappointed in fedex

I liked them but unfortunately it made my scalp so itchy to the point I was itching my scalp raw and it was bleeding….had to take them out after only a week:(

This was the 2nd time I’ve ordered from you unfortunately not impressed with the hair I received. It clumps together almost looks fack like Barbie doll hair ends are very dry! My hair dresser has had several clients purchase from you she said she’s never seen this before.

Well For starters, I didn't get shipping confirmation seven days later, I reached out to find out that it had been shipped. The hair quality is okay not the best and the clips are awful. I mean I bought cheap extensions, for $30 that had the much better clips than these. They are very hard to clasp and un clasp, as You probably should do two handed, and you feel them on your scalp as you wear the extensions. These are heavy duty. I've also owned foxy locks in the past, and I never had this issue.

My first purchase was great. The hair extensions were really nice and the glue on the tape was strong. This time around the color on the hair extensions-although I chose the same color had big chunks of brown in the blonde that weren’t very blended and worst of all the hair extensions did not adhere. Very disappointed. Especially because I paid extra to get them delivered fast.

I have very fine hair and the i-lite extensions I was told to get are literally breaking off my own hair at the root of installation and coming out. Then I find out it's because enough hair easnt taken into the bead and that the wrong bead was being used for the type I got..😔

I got the curly pro tape ins. I have used a lot of different tape in brands and I feel like these tape were very itchy at root because of the plastic. I feel like the plastic was heavy and irrated my scalp so much compared to other tape ins. Very upset because I got three packs in and don’t think I can keep them in much longer because they are so itchy

I thought they were super soft but after 3 weeks already with only 3 washes it looks and feels like horse hair! I want to cry so bad bc I paid $500 for these!!!!!! What can you do to help get some of my money back I will even show you guys pictures! This is horrible! Especially for the price!!! : (

Idk I hate to write a review like this but, I’ve spent thousands with this company and the last 2 purchases were really disappointing. I bought 5 packs of 22” tape ins, and the hair is just not holding up like it used to. It’s not as soft, it feels very thin, sheds a lot and isn’t holding any styles. I have been using the Donna Bella’s shampoo and conditioner as well for . Also with my last purchase they forgot a pack of the tape ins. I’m holding on to hope that these will hold up, but I’m going to have to stop ordering these for my clients
