Terrible service. I waited 2 hours for a delivery that was supposed to take 40 minutes. After I realized it was taking way longer than necessary I used the help button which brought to a screen of choices. One choice was “where is my order” and all it said was it will arrive soon after we find a dasher. After I realized that I tried to cancel it but then it was to late to cancel the order with the restaurant. Very annoyed. I’m

I use DD 1-4 times daily. When my order is wrong I call and more often then not they don’t compensate enough Like ordering bacon cheddar wedges from Jack in the box but not getting the sour cream They adjust $2 I can’t eat them without the sour cream refund the full amount Last week I ordered wedges and got jalapeño poppers That was not my order but I didn’t get full credit Now they deactivated my account but didn’t email me or advise me!? I called and the best they can do is escalate the request to find out why my Acct is deactivated?? How many days will that take? I like the ease of the ap, the options and the no delivery fee since I use and pay extra to have that waived But for now I’m using Uber eats since you closed my Acct didn’t tell me didn’t compensate all missing items or wrong items and just last week removed my number 1 store Wine Rack from the platform

I ordered from Hartlands BBQ, and it was *****DELICIOUS***** I was in the mood for BBQ and this hit the spot in an incredible way. I would recommend this to ANYONE who loves BBQ. This is what your looking for in taste and quality. Every single side and down to the delivery was done impeccably. Gave the driver an extra tip for being way ahead of the timeline to get to me.

Omg . I will never use anyone other than Door Dash! It’s a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for! My delivery guy, Ryan was really sweet and saw my notes after he had picked up my food for avocado slices so he brought me a very ripe avocado! Thank you , Ryan for going that extra mile , it was very much appreciated!

My biggest complaint is just that they're scamming people with their "free delivery" for first time users. I've ordered the same thing from the place itself multiple times and even with a tip included for the delivery driver, it's nowhere near the true cost and that irks me.

I am giving it 5 star review as the review will show up on top. The service was terrible, food delivery delayed, food cold, a dasher who did not mind to get off car and asked me to pick up the food from her car. Reported to support and no response from them after 10 days. So, basically a very poorly managed enterprise. The company is a rip off, its best to go collect the food or look elsewhere for delivery.
