“ Terrible service. I waited 2 hours for a delivery that was supposed to take 40 minutes. After I realized it was taking way longer than necessary I used the help button which brought to a screen of choices. One choice was “where is my order” and all it said was it will arrive soon after we find a dasher. After I realized that I tried to cancel it but then it was to late to cancel the order with the restaurant. Very annoyed. I’m ”

The service was terrible, food delivery delayed, food cold, a dasher who did not mind to get off car and asked me to pick up the food from her car. Reported to support and no response from them after 10 days. So, basically a very poorly managed enterprise. The company is a rip off, its best to go collect the food or look elsewhere for delivery. ”

But not to worry cause the DoorDash driver and customer service were willing and happy to change the delivery address 5 minutes before the order was delivered. I am impressed and will definitely use their services again. ”
