I use at least once a month and I've run into problems with orders from time to time, mostly Subway and Taco Bell. The app does not offer enough options to contact customer service or to cancel an order. You should not have to Google to get a customer service phone number. Live chat isn't provided either. Sometimes "customer service" is an oxymoron. Door Fash needs to make some improvements.

The app is very buggy.The delivery times are unrealistic and a lot of times there is no option to take a photo but,were blamed anyway.Also,sometimes we're not even notified about second or third orders.Navigation needs and upgrade and has a habit of sending you to the wrong location but,it's our fault right??

It seems each update gives them more control over the drivers. Now they've implemented this rating system which negates your platinum status, if you don't dash full time hours and accept every almost dash. We get no employee benefits, but they're treating us like employees instead of independent contractors. Just my opinion as someone who's dashed on and off, for more than 5 years.

I love the convenience of DoorDash whether it takes a while or not it comes in handy however I hate that I pay for dash pass and sometimes seems irrelevant. If I’m given the option to add to my order and I'm doing it within minutes after placing and before my dasher even arrives why am I having a completely separate order placed? If I knew this ahead of time I wouldn’t have done it twice now. It’s another trip for someone as well as an additional fee and tip I have to pay assuming it’s part of the same order.

I was deceived by an online scammer which took my hard-earned money through falsehoods. I lost cash that I had worked tirelessly for. They wouldn’t let me withdraw a single cent and kept insisting that I pay taxes. Fortunately, A friend of my introduced me to 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥𝟒𝟒𝟗@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩 —- +𝟏 (𝟓𝟎𝟓) 𝟒𝟎𝟐-𝟎𝟕𝟏𝟒 and I was able to recover all my investment back.

I trusted this platform with my investment, but soon after, I lost access to my funds, and their support team stopped responding. I was heartbroken and feared my £55,400 was gone forever. I really do like door dash I like it more than uber eats I only like them cause they cheap on deals but takes forever wit the order and wit door dash is easy and fast and will refund the money right away uber eats be giving me a hard time but it was 2 times door dash did messed up my order 1, when the driver stole my food he did picked up my food and disappeared on the app I had to get a refund back . 2, the order was so wrong everything was wrong didn’t give me the right favors of wings I wanted . & wrong drink and forgot the sauce .

They’re fine. It would be nice if they held their emergence to a higher standard. Chick-fil-A, no napkins, no sauces, no color. Zaxby’s, no napkins, no sauces, no cutlery. Incorrect drink orders. Missed add-ons. And so on. There has to be a quality control for this.

Door dash, scheduling to drive is annoying. And the 1/2hr schedule times are pointless because you’re going to sit at least 10–12mins waiting on an order to pop up then another 10mins to deliver. All you made was the gas $ that you spent coming out to dash! Please open the time windows more!

The delivery was great. but after we received our groceries items, I discovered that the driver helped himself to a tip that DoorDash claimed I gave the driver at checkout—except I didn’t. I had intended to give the driver a tip after the good service, but I don’t appreciate stealing from me, no matter how poor you are. This was my very first order do to an emergency.

This app is mid. Some bad days some good days not always perfect. That's for sure. Even the app acts stupid. When it comes to Friday, Saturdays, very hard to get your order in time. It usually tells you 22 minutes to 37 minutes and it usually ends up being a whole hour until you get your stuff. And lately the app has been very glitchy and so when you're trying to track your driver, it shows you your driver in so many other places and so many other areas not even close to your House or wherever you are. So it doesn't help you visualize where your driver is because it switches up where your driver is versus where they were versus where they're going. The DoorDash app is madness. In the pictures below, it literally shows you the same driver in two different places at one time so at one moment it's on the other side of town and the next moment it's on the completely other side of the map. It makes zero sense. I don't know I understand DoorDash is a very hard job just like being in the restaurant business. Or serving business but it's something I blame DoorDash because it's so disorganized. It's unfair for the DoorDasher and the customer trying to order food so I guess I'll just stop using DoorDash and just go get the food myself. 🤷🏽‍♀️😅 I ordered a frozen/cold concrete beverage and by now it's probably melted.

They review things too much, if an order is wrong then refund the money they make it complicated. I've waited over 4 days for some BS review because the store messes up SOOO MUCH I've put in like 6 refunds so they question me ? Wow

Doordash didn't make me happy or the restaurant did not make me happy I ordered three things and and the restaurant gave them the wrong address so it looked like somebody else was getting my food free I reordered and the second time the restaurant gave doordash the wrong address I just happened to talk to the driver and gave her the right address when she delivered the order on my table outside the door was my other order they had just left it outside in hot sun so I was angry at both of them the restaurant and doordash first of all you don't leave the order outside you give it to the people who ordered it just didn't make any sense to me I will not use either one of them ever again

Most times I am please with the service I receive from DoorDash the other times I am really disappointed in their service. I don't mind tipping because they are doing me a service I can't do or don't want to go out to get, but too often the drivers don't look at the receipt placed on the bag to make sure they have what was ordered. I know they can't go inside the bag but the drinks they walk away without and then when questioned they like well let doordash know. On very few occasions the driver will go back to get it, those drivers get an extra tip from me. Too often they in such a hurry to get to the next job they aren't taken a moment to make sure they a straw for a drink or whether a drink is supposed to be included. The misconception that if you have a bag and 1 drink the order is fulfilled, the problem is when there is more than one order in the bag and 2 drinks are supposed to be delivered but only 1 is delivered. If the service is based on tips the people who actually tip should decently should get a better service. My statement is based off of hearing the many stories of no tips offered, I don't agree with that at all even though the restaurants are tacking onto the price of the food for the service to offset what they have to pay doordash, uber etc.

Doordash waived a $3.00 convience fee but charged me $10.99 for a $7.99 sandwich.
