“Searched on line for a replacement door for a cupboard housing a boiler. Found the exact door we wanted, painted white with open louvres to allow air circulation on Doorweb. It was well packaged and delivered within days. I would recommend and use them again.”

“Excellent service foe supply of doorknobs not widely available. We tried the usual DIY stores locally but none stocked the ones we needed - Bala. Ordered one to make sure it fit then ordered the rest for all our doors. Delivered really quickly too. Thank you for a wonderful service.”

“Great product and fast delivery, the aquamac 21 that I ordered was shipped with cable ties that were too tight and distorted parts of the product.. so some parts of my door seals aren't as tight as i hoped they would be. Maybe electricians tape or velcro ties would be better to ship it with? Other than that all was great”

“Installation details are incorrect. I followed them and they mounted the hinges too far back to obtain a flush fitting. Had to remove and reset. Product in question are Hafele 'Swing up and lift up front fitting' hihges, Article no: 504.43.920.”

“As I said in my email to you when my joiner took it out of the packaging one panal was cracked in two places. As the door was too wide he took that panal out. As I had booked the joiner he wanted paying that day otherwise I would have sent the door back too you. It is of poor quality and is very flimsy. Luckily the room it is used for doesn't get much use and there are no children in the house otherwise I doubt if it would last very long.”

“Item paid for on 22/4. Sent email asking for dispatch date on 29/4. Received apology email on 3/5. Advised delivery for 4/5. Received apology on 4/5 late delivery. Item received 5/5. Item opened on 9/5 to find one panel split both ends. Sent photos of damage to Sarah Campkin on 9/5. Now waiting replacement”
