“Pleased with product although instructions were not very clear.”

“The door itself that was ordered is fantastic. However the ornamental frontage was different wood and looked absolutely nothing like the door once oiled so was binned. The matching "oak" weather bar was in no way anything resembling oak and actually turned red when it was oiled. Both weather bar and ornamental fronting were binned. Door liner kit for the door (or was sold as) is a universal kit which needed cutting and remitre-ing much to the annoyance of my carpenter. Door good. Everything else, not so much.”

“Concertina door had the plastic cracked when opened parcel. Fitted the door and more plastic has broken and the screws at the top have split. Would not by this product again.”

“Quality of product and service was good. Unfortunately I didn't notice some damage to the base of the door until I had drilled holes for the hinges. Phoned to see if any possibility of exchange but advised that because the door had been unpacked, nothing could be done.”

“I don't want to give ratings as it's a tad complicated to do so but I have given ratings because I can't submit my review without doing so. The product is very good and your prices are excellent BUT you took my online order when you had no stock in the warehouse. A very pleasant and apologetic lady explained that there are glitches in stock control very occasionally but the confusion over stock delayed me in finishing the job for my client. I think I will use Doorweb again but I don't feel I can yet rate or recommend you highly.”
