“Door handle broke whilst fitting and sourcing a replcement is proving impossible. Also handle is not as described in instructions. A case for trading standards”

“The cup handles I bought arrived quickly and were just what I wanted. However, they didn't come with any screws, which I found a bit odd! I don't remember reading that they didn't come with screws and I kind of just presumed they would. Maybe that should be made clearer.”

“I was kept informed from start to finish as to the status of my order. My parcel arrived on time & very well packaged. I must admit to having doubts about the quality and strength of the canopy-but I WAS WRONG! It is easy to assemble -and very sturdy. With the recent extreme weather conditions in Wales -I half expected it to be blown to pieces - but it is perfectly fine. One tip-as advised in the instructions-you really do need 2 people to put it in place. It is an extremely good item at a very good price-looks great and does the job -what more could you ask.”
