“after ordering several door handles,unfortunately the wrong size arrived,I contacted them and they sent a prepaid label for me to send the wrong handles back, and arranged for the correct handles to be sent. I got them very quickly, however, there was 1 short, which was disappointing, all in all good service, but could do better”

“Delivery guy only delivered part of the order, think he was to lazy to check his van, so a phone call to the lovely lady in the office who I'm sure fired a rocket at the company and the rest of the order followed promptly, the lovely lady called me back to check it had all arrived, that's what I call customer service, I hope she gets a pat on the back.”

“Eventually delivered what I wanted, but the first delivery didn't arrive, and rather than Doorweb just resending the same, you cancelled the order and I had to reorder.”

“I placed an order for three doors for collection and the handles and catches the handles where due in that day but had not been delivered when I went to collect my order not a problem I can collect them when I collect my other order. The next day the door catches were delivered to me and the other door that was delivered on the day I was promised ten out of ten for this company great service grate prices. Thank you”

“Very good selection of doors and a speedy service. Received the handles a day later and the door a few days later accompanied by a phone call to arrange appropriate delivery which is ideal so I could arrange to be available. Not always the case with other companies. Would certainly use again for my door needs. Plus I like the fact that they are local.”
