“Grteat price, great communications and quick delivery even though they are geographically as far away as you can possibly get from me within England. Experience is just how it should be, cannot fault any aspect with Doorweb. Will now be first port of call should I require any further internal or external doors.”

“Ordered a £400+ door that came with faulty alignment on a window bar only noticed when door was hung. Emailed/phoned for advice on how to correct/move bar while joiners were onsite fitting it. Response came 6 days later. Now I will have to pay for joiners to return and fix their fault "at my risk" as the door is installed. Poor service/advice”

Unfortunately it did take time to obtain advice from the manufacturer for you on this occasion, and with the door having already been fitted, we could not offer a replacement. “The canopy was the right size for above my font door and ordering online was straightforward. A change of plan on my part meant I didn't need to install the canopy and I contacted the company and recieved a refund.”
