“Customer service was average. Consertina folding door received from you is very poor quality and arrived broken three times. You did keep sending replacements but even the last one had a slight crack. The joiner who has fitted the door said that it is the worst door he has fitted in his whole career. I'm thinking you should perhaps remove this product from your website. I would imagine I'll be looking for another door very soon as this one is certainly not fit for purpose.”

Good afternoon Mr Pritchard, I'm so sorry you had problems with this product and appreciate you taking the time to write your review. We have tried various different ways of packaging the items to protect them as best we can but have still experienced occasional breakages. The door is a huge seller for us though and we've had hundreds of these doors successfully delivered and installed without any issues. Kind Regards Cat

“Door arrived quickly , the door was cheap to buy and the quality reflected this, lots of small spilts in the panels where it had been screwed together”

“I've had a door fitted by joiner and paid good money to have it fitted, after it was fitted we found that one of the door was bowed, rang and told someone about this and you can't do anything untill they have inspected it, I still waiting and now into week 3.not a very happy customer an I hope you don't treat every customer like this”

“Great service. Good price, kept me up to date on items for which they had to wait for delivery. The delivery did turn up a day early (this was the courier being g more efficient than planned) but luckily it wasn't a problem. Already planning my next order.”
