“Absolutely disgusting customer service ordered my item on 1/3/25 still no shipping advice and it is now April 2025, have sent 8 or more emails with no reply, extremely disappointed and as s customer this is just not good enough communication, lack of communication and service is appalling”
“Got the peach flavour. The flavour is just OK. Blended into a smoothie with other fruits it is OK. Bought on the free trial plus bought an extra tub. The products have such a short expiry date which was not advertised. When I buy other collagen it is usually a much longer expiry. Even if its a free trial, there was plenty of upselling to buy more, and this should have been transparently displayed like other companies and websites do. Appears as if the company was trying to quickly move their stock. So it is a shock to receive the items like this and in the long run the lack of transparency damages the brand and makes it less likely to shop again. Makes me wonder about the real quality of ingredients in the products if the company does marketing in this way.”
“A little slow to get the order processed but, maybe they're busy. The actual delivery was quick. I don't however enjoy the peach collagen peptides drink. The container is nice to use instead of bags with a ziptop.”
“The flavour is amazing. So easy to drink every day. Like drinking peach iced tea. Too early to see benefits. But if it works will definitely repurchase.”
“I have a subscription for collagen that's been great for a couple of years. Recently, every time my subscription is ready to refill/ship, Dose and Co emails me saying that the item is "out of stock." Then I'm left scrambling to get another brand of collagen. This is a new situation that is very frustrating as a previously happy long-term customer. If this doesn't stop happening, I'll buy collagen somewhere else. This is your business so how do you run out of products?? Please get back to auto shipping subscriptions on time!”
“Purchased Vanilla dairy free collagen creamer and it’s amazing. It tastes delicious in my morning coffee, add a creamy touch. I’ve noticed the most impact in my nails- so strong and growing so well. Love this.”
“I bought this product during the campaign to try it. However, the company “forgot” to mention that the product sold in this campaign has a very very short expiry. (few weeks). Also, the company induce you to buy more packs (of the same short expiry one) showing a good deal. So, the company made me feel so foolish, that even if I liked the product, I will never buy from this company again”
“I saw the ad on FB and said it's free but it's not free. They said you need to pay for postage but it's not fee for shipping it's for the product. I got it on 15 March. It's exp on 21 April 2025. It's scammer absolutely. Don't support this company”
