“I recently indeed purchased 2 boxes of collagen peptides that arrived in 2 different boxes separatly.
To my utter surprise, it was written underneath best bedore 21/04/ 2025, which means expiry date is less than 2 months for 2 boxes Batch number MANF15591.
Having bought one, months earlier, I can see it also have the same expiry date of 21/04/2025 and same batch number.
If it was only 1 box I could understand but apparently all boxes bought at that time expire 2 months later. Not really acceptable.
If you sell even in special promotions, you should make sure, it stays good a few months after purchase, not only 2 months for 2 boxes.
Other than that, peach flavour is good,as for results I still have to wait for results.
So for the close expiry date I would say poor, for the peach flavour I would say good.
I just hope you take this into account when selling your products next time.”
“TOTAL SCAM. They had a promo on social media "get 1 free, you just pay the delivery costs", I decided to try. Once I completed the order, they offered me to add more units for a discounted price, mentioning that the expiry date was nowhere near, so I added some. In total I bought 6 units, a total of $40, split in two orders (that they assured will be treated as one). Somehow, at the expected delivery time (9-10 days) I get a small box with 2 units, TWO, nothing else. And the expiry date was just one month away. Given it was two orders I decided to give a couple days of grace even though the tracking number of one of the units never worked, which seemed fishy at the time. I contacted Customer Service and I was promptly answered on the same day, politely and asking me for pictures of what I got, also mentioning the misleading expiry date bit. Sent everything they requested and a week later I'm still waiting for an answer. I don't have the remaining 4 units that I paid for nor I have a refund for not getting them if there was an issue with the delivery (which would be understandable). Nothing. This is going straight to Consumer Protection. Don't spend a penny on this company and do yourself a favour.”
“Love the collagen but i have mixed feelings about the customer service. My first order was missing 3 tins and I had to contact customer service to get the remaining tins delivered. Also while they were on sale it would be better if you were transparent about all of the tins being short-dated and only having 1 month of shelf life left”

“Abysmal customer service. I paid $10.99 at checkout and received an invoice advsing the same, then days later I checked my credit card and noticed I was charged $14.99. I queried this and was told that they had since increased the price. Dose and Co refused to provide me with a full refund and stopped responding to me when I requested to be refunded the difference between what I paid at checkout and what my credit card was charged.”

I contacted support who were very helpful and looked into the issue. After I provided them with some more info, they said they would send out the missing tubs. However, 4 days later and I have received no confirmation that these have been shipped, hence my poor review. This is a shame as the product is good and the flavour is quite nice. Hopefully I'll receive the products soon and can update my review.”
