“Item took over a week from ordering to being received. Other items ordered after this from different suppliers arrived before this one. Took me following up for the item to start moving.”
“It’s really frustrating that the 350g unfavoured marine collagen powder is used to get on subscription has been out of stock since last year. I can’t understand why you only have the smaller size and why has your stock not been updated?”
“There is still a distinct taste to the marine collagen despite advertising/reviews. I wish I’d had purchased flavored one as I am no longer drinking coffee and the unflavored one does not taste nice in water.”
“I swapped over to this as my all time favourite creamer (coconut) was deleted from the range. Safe to say it doesn't rate as highly as that one in my opinion. It produces a less creamy milk and the flavour is a mix of enhanced vanilla with a coconut milk aftertaste.
I am undecided whether I will continue buying this, change to another dairy free Dose & Co creamer or stop purchasing altogether. Such a shame the Coconut creamer was deleted, i'd enjoyed it monthly for almost three years.”
“Very disappointed that I just noticed the collagen I received was manufactured 6 months before my order therefore when I received it had less than 6 months shelf-life remaining. As a scientist working in rare diseases, this is poor supply management.”
“I have signed up for a subscription for the 350grams marine collagen. When I was due to receive my next delivery and my credit card got debited, i received an email a few days later that the size has been discontinued even though I received an email that the product has been shipped! Disappointing that you were not proactive about letting me know as I ended up running out of collagen. I was also not even offered a refund and I had to ask for it. Last time that you ran out of stock I received a 2x 200 grams instead but this time I didn’t which makes your approach inconsistent as well. I should’ve been compensated in this instance for the inconvenience. Disappointed as I had been a loyal customer.”
“Not great as I thought I ordered vanilla and got chocolate. I contacted your company right away and they said the order was already shipped out. Couldn’t have happened as it was a minute later”
“Email sent to me on November 16th saying it was on its way, November 30th still nothing and this is a monthly thing. Really love the product it's the only reason why I don't cancel my membership.”
