“Really dissapointed with the customer service from Dose and Co. I ordered 2 x Marine Collagen Unflavoured Peptides Powder, however when my order arrived it contained 1 x Collagen Peptides Peach Flavoured. I contacted the Customer Service team through the website, via email and through Instagram and are yet to receive a response. I really like the Marine Collagen and had been purchasing it at Chemist Warehouse, when it was unavailable I ordered it directly and was considering a subscription. It's a great product and I miss having it as part of my routine, it's such a shame that the customer service is really lacking.”
