“Customer Service for Dose and Co is Awful. Why don’t you have people to answer messages, solve problems, and help with orders? I have 2 current problems with my recent orders. I received a rusty can of Unflavored Collagen in my subscription order #120210 shipped Sept 25th, and I am trying order for my mother 3 cans with code SPOOKYGLOW25. THE CODE DOES NOT WORK. An active company in the United States would have a person/employee on the phone place the order for me and activate the non working code. I have no help with any problems with the product. The bots you use send fake interest messages about the issue, and then I never hear back or get a solution. I feel like contacting The New York Attorney General or the Better Business Bureau. I do not want to do that. I truly like the products. The products are Excellent, from my experience thus far. I have been a customer for years. The customer service is worsening. I feel like scam procedures are becoming the norm, here. Please help replace my rusty can, and activate the coupon code for my purchase? Please employ a human someone to interact with your loyal human customers? Thank you”

Was much harder to dissolve into morning coffee - had leftover in the bottom of the cup every day. Will continue to use. Did have a difficult time finding product since company has changed recently.”
