“I was super excited to try this new product out being Iāve seen so many adds on Facebook and Instagram and I wanted to add collagen to my daily routine of taking vitamins and supplements. I ordered the product on March 26th, 2021. After not receiving it for almost two weeks and constantly checking the status which said āen routeā, I emailed customer service and received an email back apologizing for the mishap and was asked to wait another two weeks before a replacement may be sent out after assessing the situation at a later time. I was a little dissatisfied with that response and was hoping to that the situation would be rectified then. I understand that due to Covid-19 there are many shipping delays but I feel like I waited to receive the product I ordered in a timely manner and just wanted a new order sent out being mine was lost in the process. I plan on emailing customer service when they asked me to in about a week and a half and Iām hoping I can still receive the product I paid for.....”
“I love the Unflavored Collagen and use it in my coffee every morning so I thought, why not try the dairy-free vanilla creamer instead. Unfortunately, I did not taste the vanilla flavor at all and it did not taste nor look like it has creamer at all. I still had to add my normal creamer. It's ok if used as an added collagen but did not do the job as a creamer.”
“The flavor of the vanilla creamer is so so at best. The amount of collagen you receive per dose is minimum. I can get flavorless with higher concentration of collagen at Costco from a reputable company for half the cost.
I was not impressed at all.”
“Dissatisfied that I ran out of protein powder before replacement on reoccurring order. I did not receive a prompt response as to when it would come and had to do an urgent order with a chemist. When I followed up a second time, I was told it was late because of difficulty with sourcing ingredients, perhaps this should have been communicated with reoccurring orders customers. Disappointing.”

“When I placed the order I placed my correct shipping address, when I received confirmation it had added #,% signs. I tried calling and they stated that it was already shipped to contact fed ex, fed ex told me to contact dose and co, I went back and forth calling fed ex and your company. It was delivered to incorrect address. When I called to complain they stated they would ship another shipment to my correct address. I never received it and just gave up. I will call this week to cancel the subscription for all 3 products I originally made. Very unhappy as I really wanted to try the products, going it would help with my hair loss and skin because I have lupus. Very disappointed”

Hi, I did not realize I signed up for a reoccurring purchase since I donāt remember clicking any boxes during checkout that asked me if I wanted too. I really do not have the money to purchase this right now & the money has already been taken out of my account without my knowledge or my permission. I do not want this product right now. I need to get a refund, please do not send this product to me I just bought one less than 2 weeks ago.
