“Purchased Vanilla dairy free collagen creamer and itās amazing. It tastes delicious in my morning coffee, add a creamy touch. Iāve noticed the most impact in my nails- so strong and growing so well. Love this.”
“I bought this product during the campaign to try it. However, the company āforgotā to mention that the product sold in this campaign has a very very short expiry. (few weeks). Also, the company induce you to buy more packs (of the same short expiry one) showing a good deal. So, the company made me feel so foolish, that even if I liked the product, I will never buy from this company again”
“I saw the ad on FB and said it's free but it's not free. They said you need to pay for postage but it's not fee for shipping it's for the product. I got it on 15 March. It's exp on 21 April 2025. It's scammer absolutely. Don't support this company”
“I LOVE DOSE & CO COLLAGEN. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR A LONG TIME AND LOVE THE RESULTS. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK FOR THE COLLAGEN PEPTIDES AND THE MARINE COLLAGEN, WHICH I ALSO USE. WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO SEE THEM BACK”
“I had high hopes for Dose & Co, but my experience with their misleading product information and poor customer service completely turned me away.
Their serving size instructions are flat-out inaccurate. They claim that 3 teaspoons equal 17.5 grams, but when I measured, 3 teaspoons only came out to around 4ā6 gramsānowhere near what they state. If they canāt even get basic measurements right, it makes me question how much research actually went into their product formulation.
When I reached out to their customer service for clarification, I received a lazy, copy-and-paste response straight from their FAQ, completely ignoring my specific concerns. I followed up, hoping for an actual answer, but they never bothered to respond. That lack of transparency and accountability says everything I need to know about this brand.
If they canāt be trusted to provide accurate serving information or even engage with customers in a meaningful way, why should anyone trust them with their health? I wouldnāt recommend Dose & Co to anyone. There are far more reputable brands out there that actually care about transparency and consumer trust. Look elsewhere for your collagen and health needs.”
“I love the Beauty Collagen Mixed Berry which my dermatologist recommended. I have been using for more than a year and I have noticed super hydrated skin, strong nails and hair grows faster. The mix of Collagen with vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid is superb! I keep going back to this brand because of the combination. My main concern is if it has been tested for metals.”
“Love the beauty collagen, and would give it 5 stars but the shipping is a big issue. Iāve placed 6 orders and out of 6, Iāve only received 2. The shipping is very slow and confusing!”
“The product itself is great. However, I was sadly surprised to find out that the few extra tins I purchased (after being offered those with a great discount) were Best Before Date of April 2025. This was not mentioned in the offered promotion. Now, I'm stuck with 6 tins with BBD of April 2025 which is impossible for me to go through by then.”
“I recently indeed purchased 2 boxes of collagen peptides that arrived in 2 different boxes separatly.
To my utter surprise, it was written underneath best bedore 21/04/ 2025, which means expiry date is less than 2 months for 2 boxes Batch number MANF15591.
Having bought one, months earlier, I can see it also have the same expiry date of 21/04/2025 and same batch number.
If it was only 1 box I could understand but apparently all boxes bought at that time expire 2 months later. Not really acceptable.
If you sell even in special promotions, you should make sure, it stays good a few months after purchase, not only 2 months for 2 boxes.
Other than that, peach flavour is good,as for results I still have to wait for results.
So for the close expiry date I would say poor, for the peach flavour I would say good.
I just hope you take this into account when selling your products next time.”
