“Love the product but disappointed with joining the subscription. I have only received 1 a month ago. Received an email on the 15th it was shipped but it hasn't moved since day one according to tracking. It was very slow last time too. I think changing delivery providers may be wise. I may need to unsubscribe as out of product and having to buy some at the shop now.”
“Great taste, and not too sweet or artificial like these products can sometimes be! I have found that it doesn’t mix particularly well into cold water (some lumps remain no matter how much I stir or whisk) but because the taste is so subtle and nice it doesn’t matter too much”

“Disappointed, expiry date for powder was 1 month after delivery.
Ordered collagen powder online on the 14th of April 2023. After it arrived I used it and realised that it expired just over one month after I purchased it, expiry date is 2nd of June 2023.
Not a good experience as I was using expired collagen powder not thinking it would be expired just over one month after delivery.
I have also reported this to their customer service and will wait for a response from them as I don't think this is good practice. Hope this doesn't continue to happen for other customers.”
