“I signed up for the automatic order and it worked for 1 shipment and then hasn’t worked since so I had to order more via a single dose. Love the stuff but would really like to have the auto shipment work.”

I made a mistake with my order and thought costumer service will help me to fix it but I was very disappointed I didn’t get any help at all. “I really wanted to like this product. When I first opened the container, the product looked and smelled amazing! However, when I added the creamer to my coffee, it did not dissolve and there was no flavor. I only added two tablespoons due to the high calorie count. I ended up discarding my cup of coffee because the product lumped and stayed floating. I read numerous reviews prior to purchasing and they all said the product dissolved and tasted amazing. Maybe I did something wrong but based on my experience, the price, taste, lack of dissolve, and amount of product received, I will not purchase again.”
