“I am absolutely disgusted by this company and their complete lack of customer service. For three weeks now, I have been trying to reach someoneāanyoneāat Dose & Co., but it feels like Iām screaming into the void. They messed up my order by shipping it to the wrong address, despite the fact that I confirmed the shipping details were correct on my end. The error was clearly theirs.
To make matters worse, this order was supposed to be a gift for my sister, and thanks to their incompetence, I can no longer give it to her. I can't retrieve the package from the incorrect address, and no one from Dose & Co. seems to care or even exist to help me fix the issue.
I have asked for either the same order to be shipped to me correctly or a full refund. But, again, nothing. Itās like this company has completely vanished. I canāt reach them through email, phone, or any form of communication.
My advice? Avoid Dose & Co. at all costs. This is sketchy, frustrating, and frankly, unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere”
