“I have really terrible muscle recovery and without protein I can be sore for up to 2 weeks afterwards. A lot of proteins I've had before are so thick (meal replacers 🤮) and taste bad. This is so quick and easy to drink after my sessions and I have literally no muscle pain the next day. I love the taste and really appreciate the zero plastic packaging.”

I was meant to receive a water bottle and never did.
Also the product I had on subscription was discontinued and I was told 5 days after a payment had processed and it too another 10 days to be resolved before it was shipped after the next subscription order was paid for . So definitely pays to keep tabs on your orders make sure you're receiving them all if on subscription.”
