Only reason the peaches collagen is cheap is because it expires in April. Would not have brought it if I knew the expiry date.

I have a subscription for collagen that's been great for a couple of years. Recently, every time my subscription is ready to refill/ship, Dose and Co emails me saying that the item is "out of stock." Then I'm left scrambling to get another brand of collagen. This is a new situation that is very frustrating as a previously happy long-term customer. If this doesn't stop happening, I'll buy collagen somewhere else. This is your business so how do you run out of products?? Please get back to auto shipping subscriptions on time!

So disappointed to be sold short dated stock with no warning. Terrible customer service. Took weeks to arrive. And doesn't taste nice.

I bought this product during the campaign to try it. However, the company “forgot” to mention that the product sold in this campaign has a very very short expiry. (few weeks). Also, the company induce you to buy more packs (of the same short expiry one) showing a good deal. So, the company made me feel so foolish, that even if I liked the product, I will never buy from this company again

I saw the ad on FB and said it's free but it's not free. They said you need to pay for postage but it's not fee for shipping it's for the product. I got it on 15 March. It's exp on 21 April 2025. It's scammer absolutely. Don't support this company

I had high hopes for Dose & Co, but my experience with their misleading product information and poor customer service completely turned me away. Their serving size instructions are flat-out inaccurate. They claim that 3 teaspoons equal 17.5 grams, but when I measured, 3 teaspoons only came out to around 4–6 grams—nowhere near what they state. If they can’t even get basic measurements right, it makes me question how much research actually went into their product formulation. When I reached out to their customer service for clarification, I received a lazy, copy-and-paste response straight from their FAQ, completely ignoring my specific concerns. I followed up, hoping for an actual answer, but they never bothered to respond. That lack of transparency and accountability says everything I need to know about this brand. If they can’t be trusted to provide accurate serving information or even engage with customers in a meaningful way, why should anyone trust them with their health? I wouldn’t recommend Dose & Co to anyone. There are far more reputable brands out there that actually care about transparency and consumer trust. Look elsewhere for your collagen and health needs.

TOTAL SCAM. They had a promo on social media "get 1 free, you just pay the delivery costs", I decided to try. Once I completed the order, they offered me to add more units for a discounted price, mentioning that the expiry date was nowhere near, so I added some. In total I bought 6 units, a total of $40, split in two orders (that they assured will be treated as one). Somehow, at the expected delivery time (9-10 days) I get a small box with 2 units, TWO, nothing else. And the expiry date was just one month away. Given it was two orders I decided to give a couple days of grace even though the tracking number of one of the units never worked, which seemed fishy at the time. I contacted Customer Service and I was promptly answered on the same day, politely and asking me for pictures of what I got, also mentioning the misleading expiry date bit. Sent everything they requested and a week later I'm still waiting for an answer. I don't have the remaining 4 units that I paid for nor I have a refund for not getting them if there was an issue with the delivery (which would be understandable). Nothing. This is going straight to Consumer Protection. Don't spend a penny on this company and do yourself a favour.

Still waiting on a response to a basic product question from weeks ago. Made a purchase and have been bombarded with multiple emails daily despite not consenting to emails being sent. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Abysmal customer service. I paid $10.99 at checkout and received an invoice advsing the same, then days later I checked my credit card and noticed I was charged $14.99. I queried this and was told that they had since increased the price. Dose and Co refused to provide me with a full refund and stopped responding to me when I requested to be refunded the difference between what I paid at checkout and what my credit card was charged.

I have had a subscription for 2 and a bit years now and I am now considering cancelling it. I have tried to contact you multiple times for over a week and a half since via email, and live chat but have had no reply. My subscription is Dairy-Free Collagen Creamer but in my recent delivery I received the Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder. The price I pay for the Dairy-Free Caramel Collagen Creamer is $34.39 but I was charged $32.99 and the Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder is only $31.99 with subscription. I expect to hear somebody soon.

Extremely poor communication. Still owed a partial refund but will not respond to my emails or instagram DMs. Love using my dose & co daily but will likely not be purchasing online through the website anymore.
