“Delivery was fine but purchased Christmas bedding for my own bed in the black Friday sale at 20% off only for it to be immediately discounted to 40% straight after the black Friday sale making it a bit of a rip off. Emailed to ask for a refund on the difference pointing out I could simply return my original order and place a new one at the cheaper price but that it hardly seemed like an environmentally friendly thing to do and was told they wouldn't refund and if I wanted to reorder I should. Really quite disappointed and so ordered a further set for my daughter from elsewhere preferring not to shop again with dot maison.”

“Delivery took considerably longer than anticipated I contacted The office via email and the package was tracked and located which was good but didn’t speed anything up. It’s a pity that delivery was an issue as the price of the curtains was the most reasonable I was able to find and now that I have received them the quality looks good too.”
