“Disappointed by expense of return. Post office label to download was £3.50 but I chose the Collect + option also offered, for my convenience. No price was given for this but I later discovered £7.50 was deducted from my return! I was very disappointed the significant price difference between the two options had not been pointed out at the return stage. Left feeling rather tricked and have rated as poor as a result of this complete and extensive lack of clarity.”
