“The Voronoi 111 lamp has changed in size and does not match the other I have. This is not Dotmaison's fault. The manufacturer, Tala. do not seem to care.”

“Not very impressed with service !I bought six cusions one had a very bad pull !I send you a photograph of the pull !your reply was it looks like a crease!!!I pointed out I do know the difference between a crease and a pull !certainly not a reply I expected !been in business my myself I found it most un business like !so will not be ordering from you again Lisa Green”

“I have been using dotmaison for a few years now and I can't fault them! From stocking so many brands that I love to being very competetively- priced, regular sales,having a great stock update and then very fast delivery! They surely are the UK's go-to website for the best of international brands available right here. My latest purchase was the Ferm Living Hourglass pot extras small to go with the three others I have.”

“After purchasing a gift for Christmas for my granddaughter I found in a couple of days later it was reduced. I have found this company hounds you and although unsubscribing twice I was left to ring them to cancel. Know I find they are still communicating with me and I’m very frustrated.”
