“I ordered a clock and the price was the cheapest I found anywhere online. Unfortunately it arrived with a slight crack. The customer service team were absolutely superb at dealing with the exchange. Very quick response. Very professional. I’m very happy with the service I received!”

“I have no idea if the product is any good as it never made it to me sadly. I had an email on the 11/7 saying the item was on the way and then nothing until I contacted them to find out where it was. Customer services were good at contact but seemed to be happy to wait on Royal Mail and their slow responses. I managed to source the item out of the uk and get it sent dhl all while still waiting on Royal Mail. I was then told a refund was not possible because they were waiting on Royal Mail still. The matter should now be resolved and hope fully a refund is on the way fingers crossed. This was my first shopping experience this dotmaison and it's safe to say will probably be my last. Sad as some of the products look great.”

“I felt it was quite a long time to wait, from ordering to delivery, but appreciate that there can be supply issues. I’m afraid I have no idea about how the mural will go on the wall, or what the quality is like, as the decorator doesn’t start for two weeks.”

“Lovely company cheaper than most places, I ordered 2 Timorous beastie duvet covers, cheaper than any other company, first order arrived very quickly, 2nd duvet they have a delay on the order but have emailed me & told me this, I’m sure I will receive eventually - update received yesterday, it’s stunning, very happy & lovely company”
