“I ordered four feather filled cushions. The covers were fine, but I don’t know how they were stored as they smelled very musty and damp. In the end I purchased new cushion inserts and sprayed the covers a few times to freshen them up and it worked. If I didn’t want the covers so badly I would have returned.”

“It's a beautiful bowl but too small for the purpose we bought it for. Your return policy was not clear and we would expect full refund. We would not expect to pay cost of postage to return it and get a refund.”
