“Blind was damaged yet a refund was refused as we had opened the packaging. How could we have known it was damaged without opening?”

Hello, thank you for your review. We have checked our correspondence records and we cannot see a report from you that the blind was damaged. Rather we can see that you sent an image with a complaint that the blind did not measure the dimensions stated on the website and was too small. However having checked the dimensions we found them to be correct. The dimensions are of the total width of the blind including mechanisms and brackets not simply the fabric and this is in line with the information displayed on our website. We do ask that blinds are not removed from packaging if being returned only because we are unable to repackage and sell as new, however this does not affect your statutory rights if the product is damaged or faulty.
