Dear Cindy, thank you for taking the time to review us. We are really sorry however having checked our inbox we can't see an email from you to cancel. Once an order is placed it is really difficult for us to cancel, especially when the order is placed on a Sunday evening as orders are already being processed then for despatch the next day.
