“Ive still not received it! Very disappointed :( Received an email stating post office unable to deliver, we were in the front garden when the postman delivered to our neighbour. Missed the gift date I was hoping for it to arrive for! I was going to order another one but now unsure if it would even arrive.”

Dear Caroline thanks for your review. We have checked the tracking for your parcel and we can see that we despatched on the 6th April. You chose standard delivery at checkout which means that Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days of despatch. With Friday being a Bank Holiday this will have pushed the 5 day target into this next week so technically having tried to deliver on Saturday they were within the target. We can see delivery was unsuccessful with the comment that the property was 'inaccessible', we can't say what this means although of course at the moment, as with all organisations, COVID-19 is having an impact on working practises. “A well known company let me down with a blind order so I googled the blind and dotmaison was on the list at a very competitive price... I ordered the blind I think on a late Thursday evening and it was delivered first thing the following Monday which was incredible... especially considering the current climate... The whole transaction was a painless process and will definitely order again.. Excellent service, thank you very much, Jo”
