“Ordered Orla Kiely cushions. After I paid Dotmaison said it was going to take about 4 weeks for delivery. It was a shame they didn't say that under the item information. I decided however to wait and they kept me informed. I am a little disappointed as the cushions are quite flat and not very plump.”

“Took quite a while to decide on buying this bedding to match our Voyage Maison curtains. Not cheap but worth the money actually, as very good quality, soft and vibrant duvet cover. Will buy a cheaper set of bedding to use as 2nd best though so as not to wear it out! Very pleased with my purchase and delivery.”

“I placed an order, but the item was faulty. I was given a refund, but they refused to refund my original delivery and return delivery charges, saying they could not find a fault. Perhaps the item has an intermittent fault - either way, it was faulty for me and I won’t be using the company again.”
