“I placed an order with your company & chose to pay for next day delivery as we were going away! All was fine until I received a text saying thank you to me for changing the delivery date! I was shocked, as I hadn't done this! I rang your company & was told by the young lady that she would look into this & ring me back! I did not get a call back, so I had to ring again! Still they couldn't explain who had changed the delivery date! I rang the delivery company who assured me that it would have been changed by the seller, and nothing to do with them! It didn't arrive the next day!! So not only did I pay extra for the next day delivery, plus 3 phones calls, & nothing was resolved! We went away & I had to leave a note on the door for it to be left with my elderly neighbour! I was extremely annoyed with the whole situation! Doubt very much that I will be ordering again from your company! Also it was a Christmas present!! The recipient didn't get it from me until after Christmas!! Very annoying!!”
