“First of all, thank you to Dalton Company for providing high-quality filters to make the water quality better. Secondly, I live in Taiwan and use a forwarding company to ship the filters back. There is a chance that the goods will be damaged. Can the anti-collision packaging be strengthened? Finally, thank you for your efforts, I am proud of you.”

“I have never used the ceramics before buying the water distiller and my health has improved immensely. I do not like tap water at all … I drink water daily and can tell the difference between candles with the tap water and tap water on its own. Thank you”

“The filters are excellent but the company is not. Scores zero on customer service. Any company that ensures that it cannot be contacted by phone doesn't deserve to stay in business.”

“When I opened the product, I found it was damaged. I then looked at the packaging box and saw that it was not damaged or pressed, so I couldn't figure out the damage.”

“Pretty good. Although I did expect the water to be cleaner coming out on the TDS. Water going in was 0.12 PPM and water coming out was 0.27 PPM. Would like to know what these filters are adding to the water? leaves a dryness on the tongue.”

“I've been using Doulton filter for many years, their filters are great which can remove harmful metals and deposit in our water system and the water taste better.
